I loved that this company is on time as promised, and fully self sufficient, did not need water hook ups from us. Arturo has a great personality too and I enjoyed talking with him. Our floors came out better than ever, he even got out previous stains that other carpet cleaners could not. Thanks.

I was in a real pinch needing to have the carpet cleaned in a newly leased office space in a hurry before the furniture was being delivered. They were able to squeeze me in on there schedule to make it happen when I needed it. The carpets looked amazing after the service and they even cleaned the blinds and the window that had not been cleaned in a very long time. They locked up afterwards and it was exactly what we needed! Thank you so much!

I've owned several homes and never had carpet cleaning that was so throrough, even down to cleaning the crevices of the baseboards. They were at my 1900 sq ft home for a good 4 hours, that's thorough! I was here the entire time and service was amazing, so professional, communicated well, got me involved to be sure I was clear on the entire process! I had pet stains that I thought would never come out. It smells clean, not chemically at all, and my carpets feel soft and look gorgeous. I have both a son and cats with allergies and asthma and everyone is well, no issues. Scheduling was easy, they were on time, they followed up and even left me some cleaner and said to call anytime for advice on cleaning something small myself. I wish I had before and after pics but, the results are seriously amazing.

The efficient and through cleaning is magical - our hardworking furniture is transformed into furniture that looks like new. I especially appreciate Jillian and Arturo - they are deeply dedicated to their business and therefore my success. I have partnered with them several times on projects in the Student Union at Stanford University. They are flexible, cheerful, able to take on projects of any size. We usually get our carpets cleaned every 4 months because we have two young dogs. However, I never really felt a huge difference after. I found Detail Pro Plus on neighbor app and they have outstanding reviews so we decided to give them a try and WOW!! Best decision ever!!! They were so thorough throughout the entire cleaning process. Our carpet literally was three shades lighter after. I couldn’t recommend them enough! They do an amazing job!

Arturo and Jillian at Detail Pro Plus were amazing! I reached out to have them clean our carpet, and discovered they do so much more - I also had them clean our travertine tile grout (it looks completely new even after 15 years!), cleaned our outdoor patio cushions that I was going to throw out(!) and they look BRAND NEW!!!! Our carpets also feel brand new - they're SO clean, SO soft, and so cushy. I am overjoyed with how clean everything turned out, and would hire them without question again and again! They are SO nice, attentive, and have an eye for all details.

Detail Pro Plus is AWESOME! I reviewed their process before hiring them and I realized it was more involved than traditional carpet cleaners. Let me tell you, it worked a miracle on my carpet! I was planning on just removing the carpet in the main traffic area BUT with their process, they have given me an appreciation for quality carpet cleaning. They are now my #1 go to for any specialty cleaning.

I recently had urgent need of carpet cleaning due to a plumbing issue. A neighbor had recommended Detail Pro Plus, a local family run business, and they exceeded all expectations. Jillian and Arturo made time to fit me into the schedule that day and Arturo did above and beyond excellent work on my carpet, it looked and smelled wonderful! He provided very helpful advice on maintenance of my very old carpet and tips to keep in mind when replacing it; he is very honest and does not try to upsell customers on services that are not needed. Great results with my carpet and even better customer service - highly recommend!!!

Detail Pro Plus deep cleaned all of our tile floors and also did a fantastic job with our kitchen granite countertops! Highly recommend. While I have not used their services for carpet cleaning I have friends that have and also highly recommend. Great family owned and local business.

Aturos service is exceptional and great attention to detail and very professional. Firstly, he take his time to clean the carpet and make sure that they carpet dries up before he leave. He took photo of before and after and you see the huge different. The carpet feels clean and the color are much brighter. Highly recommended and very professional. Will use them again in the future.

Wonderfully professional, pleasure to deal with, phenomenal cleaning abilities! My clients' carpet was grungy with multi layers of grime, crayons, dirt, etc.I thought for sure we'd have to replace, since homeowner had steam-cleaned multiple times before to no avail. Arturo & Jillian are amazing. We have used their services 3 times and each time we were extremely pleased with their work. They removed a red fruit punch carpet stain for us-thank goodness! They steam cleaned our carpet, couch cushions and they look great. The most amazing work was cleaning the grout on our 20 year old tile floor-it looks almost brand new. They are knowledgeable, careful and protective of furniture walls, cabinets, etc. They are prompt and keep you informed as to their arrival time and their prices are fair. Also, they are professional, energetic, and so pleasant to work with. I highly recommend their services-you won't be disappointed.

Detail Plus is the best carpet and rug cleaning service we have ever used. We have multiple dogs and cat and when accidents happen we are not the best ourselves at cleaning. This family business has gone out of their way to work with two senior citizens and treated us with the upmost respect. They also provide pet stain cleaner to use after they leave in convient spray bottle.Anyone living in the Willow Glen area and San Jose Ca. This is not your normal carpet cleaner. These guys get to the source. Other carpet cleaner attempted to clean my oil stains but the oil stain just comes back eventually. Detail Pros will have you pay a little extra but they actually fix the problem... I use to get carpet cleaning 4x a year. I think with Detail Plus, I may just need it once a year, if that

What a fabulous experience! This husband and wife duo was extremely communicative, professional, and provided a high quality carpet cleaning service. They made scheduling easy, they showed up on time, and they went the extra mile to make my carpet look brand new! They used non-toxic products that were pet and sensitive human friendly. Also they left a spot cleaner in case I needed to use it in between treatments. It works great! I will definitely book with them again for my next carpet cleaning.

I recommend Detail Pro Plus to anyone seeking very clean tile and stone floors! Arturo was very thorough. My floors look beautifull! Under appliances and every nook and cranny was clean! Jillian was so helpful over the phone handling details..(estimate, payment, etc.). Very pleasant people to work with. They offer many other cleaning services as well. Spring cleaning is well under way!!

Detail Pro Plus did a fantastic job cleaning and repairing cement tiles in our bathrooms. They did extensive testing at their offices to figure out what method would work best. The work on site was careful and conscientious. I give them my very highest recommendation!

Fantastic carpet cleaner. I highly recommend Detail Pro plus for carpet cleaning!! The owners Jillian and Arturo are top notch. They thoroughly explained their process. They did not try to upsell and most importantly they did a phenomenal job on my carpets. I really liked that they brought fans to help the carpets dry faster. By the evening the carpets were practically dry and they were completely dry by the next day with no funny after smell or crunchy feeling. The last time I had my carpets cleaned by someone else they were still damp for days. My carpets were really bad. I thought they were beyond hope but these two got them very clean.

I've used Detail Pro Plus twice now and and always happy with their work. Jillian and Arturo Crespo are a team of professionals and they know their craft. They are very detail oriented and they explain every step of the cleaning process to you. They use top notch technology to see stains on the carpet / tile and can identify and treat. I was impressed how vibrant they made my area rugs look. The recent one in my daughters room looks brand new! They also recently cleaned my loft area which is hard to get to and had many stains. The area now also looks brand new! I dont want to wear shoes on that area ever again! I have recommended them to all my neighbors and family. You will not be disappointed! I hired Detail Pros Plus to clean our grout and countertops in our kitchen as well as our bathroom floors and counters. I can't say enough good things about this business! They are honest, extremely professional and provide excellent customer service.1) Communication was very professional. Jillian answered all my questions promptly via email and provided detailed quotes. I received a reminder the day before our appointment and Jillian even called me the day after to see if I had any questions.2) Jillian and Arturo took the time to explain in detail about the process and materials used -- they have a chemist who creates the cleaning solution to their specification so it's safe for you and your home. They also explained what to expect and answered my questions.3) They did sample patches so I could see what the difference will be. They also did not try to sell unnecessary treatments. For example, I requested a bathroom floor be cleaned but after inspection Arturo recommended not moving forward with the cleaning because it would leave the grout color uneven due to prior seal that had been applied but was now coming off in places. I really appreciated his honesty.4) They treat your home with utmost care -- they laid down paper throughout the house, they covered all kitchen surfaces (floors, fridge, stove, etc.), and they even placed corner protectors on the walls. They also take extra precautions if you have a pet to ensure passage in/out of the house doesn't allow for a pet to escape.I was very happy with the outcome of the work and will be having them back to do a deep clean of our showers next! I highly recommend this family run business.

I give this company a five stars if I could give him a 10 I would the husband and wife team that were here were very professional I called him at the last minute and they were at my house two hours later explain every detail They showed me the before and after and I never knew my carpet was pink I always thought it was brown because of the dirt I have a two-year-old and a pitbull and let’s just say my carpet was a filthy until they came and worked her magic I recommend them to everyone I talk about them everywhere I go so if you’re looking for a carpet cleaner that will get the job done and be very professional I recommend them

I can not recommend Detail Pro Plus enough. They did a fantastic job cleaning my travertine floors - I feel like I had new floors put in today - they look beautiful! They also cleaned all of my outdoor cushions that had been sitting outside all summer - good as new. They also polished my granite counter tops. Jillian and Arturo are a lovely, professional, hard working couple. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them!

What can I say, Jillian and Arturo are by far the most professional business I have ever dealt with. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are clearly knowledgeable about cleaning all kinds of fabrics. They communicate with you through every step of the cleaning process. And the end result is just fantastic. I had two rugs and 2 couches cleaned by them. Everything looked brand new by the time they were finished with them. Their pricing was worth every penny as far as I was concerned. Amazing quality, service and communication for scheduling and their process! I've used other companies for cleaning previously, but none of the large companies were any where close to the detailed orientation of Detail Pro Plus.
